Volunteer Partner

 The Quad City Veteran Outreach Center is a non-profit organization that has no connection with the Veterans Administration (VA).  The Outreach Center receives no state or federal funding and is able to operate solely because of the generosity of the businesses and citizens in the Quad Cities and the surrounding area.  To take advantage of the services of the Outreach Center, a veteran must be registered with the Outreach Center.
